is a strong feeling that one has towards another in a relationship. In this case it concerns marriage.

Commitment.

Commitment is an act of being committed to a cause, irrespective of the challenges attached to it.

Someone can be committed to a product when others are chanting the song of a similar one, he or she will say I am fine and committed to this particular product. Commitment is a strong willingness to make something work even when it would make him to encounter so many challenges.

Every marriage begins with love, it is a language that marriage will never be allergic to. It’s always a sweet sound in the ears of every marriage.

Commitment may not be as popular as love in the community of marriage, but it remains a strong force that compliments the efforts of love.

It’s obvious that Love is the wheel on which marriage navigates daily, but for love to travel far, it requires the full support of commitment. Marriage moves on the wheel of love, while commitment helps to fly above and across challenges.

1. Love can be broken into or altered by a third party, but commitment remains strong and active.
2. Love can get tired when the stress is much, but commitment endures longer.
3. Love is mostly strong towards the available, commitment stays on reasons to perform.
4. Commitment is what you hold onto when what you hear about your spouse is enough to quit your relationship or marriage with him or her, not to crash. If you keep hearing the same news about him or her, love may start fading. It is possible they are all lies, but because the truth has not manifested the potency of the fake news will keep rising in you and the more it rises, the more it will keep having effect on you and your love for him or her. When love is under fire, going through a test, what you can lean on is commitment to dig deep and save your home.

5. Love is often described as an emotion characterized by feelings of affection, attachment, and care towards someone or anything. Differently, commitment is a conscious decision to dedicate oneself to a person, cause, or relationship.

6. Love can be passive, fluctuating in intensity over time, while commitment requires continuous effort and action to uphold promises and responsibilities.

Statistics shown that commitment as important as it happens to be, it’s the most under used tool for keeping marriage functioning, including the Christians. The rate of divorce today is alarming. Many spouses have slaughtered commitment on the altar of impatience. Once the marriage does not go their ways, the alternative is divorce. Divorce does not mean anything to them, even when their desire is selfish.

Love without commitment can cause emotional pain, resentment, and frustration. It’s because love at a time can bow to environmental influence if it comes hurting. It can lead to weakness and depression, thereafter considering separation or divorce. Commitment actually bows to no pressure. It endures all through, not minding challenges.

Without commitment, trust may be difficult to establish or maintain. Therefore, leading to suspicions and doubt. Without a clear commitment, one partner may be more likely to engage in infidelity or explore outside relationships.

Love without commitment can lead to a gradual disconnection, causing the relationship to drift apart. Love without commitment can stagnate the growth and progress of the relationship.

Emotional intimacy may suffer if commitment is lacking, leading to a sense of disconnection.
